1. Phone us and have a chat about what sort of care you would like. We can offer advice and talk you through how to set up your care.
2. We will come to visit you for a face-to-face meeting to discuss your care needs, and provide you and your family a range of up-to-date information that will help you make informed choices regarding the type and level of care you require, adjusting the model until you are entirely happy and comfortable with the arrangement.
3. Your personal carer will arrive on the appointed day with the care supervisor, who will ensure you are completely satisfied with the service. A senior carer or manager will be in regular touch with you to make sure the service fits your needs. At regular intervals, and at any point in the process, we can review and update the plan.
